The reception staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. the grand deluxe villa is practical and in good working order. There's a wide range of tasty breakfast choices to pick from. the hotel's location in Chaweng is just perfect, offering easy access to everything around 👌.

The location was amazing and stunning, for example, Chaweng walking street was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel...

The room had pretty bad views.

Hotel`s territory is a real tropical garden. Wonderful sandy beach and nice pool. Very good location - not far from Chaveng center with all its tourists entertainment but at the same time far enough not to hear loud music and see crowds of people. Very friendly staff

Hotel need cosmetic renovation

Quiet resort grounds, lush vegetation within the resort, clean beach, quiet beach (no jet skis), very good restaurant.

Front Desk. They are extremely slow at responding to email. Many follow-ups are required, even a 'phone call was needed to point them to email! When I got to the Hotel I realised why this might be. Almost all the people seated were facing screens and they looked as if they were surfing the web instead of "working"!

The beachside restaurant at Samui Paradise Chaweng Beach Resort served exquisite dishes. the breakfast offered at the hotel was generous. - the resort is located in an amazing and stunning spot close to the city center and the main restaurants and bars of Chaweng.

I & my wife stayed at grand villa and it was very clean, romantic and beautiful design. The hotel service was grade, the staff very helpful. I defiantly go back again. Love diet.

Just the attitude of the Germans (I know they are your main source of Income) but we could not get near the pool loungers because they reserved the same one daily, and even pushed my son and I away when we went to sit down on one!!! apart from that we liked it all.

The breakfast options were plentiful, delicious, and reasonably priced, and the location by the beach, tropical garden.

I really liked this structure. It is not one of the huge international hotel chain with houndreds room. They have Just few villas right in front of the beach. Room are nice and comfortable enough. You feel at home. Location is a bit out of the busy and noisy chaweng restaurants and bars area but you can easily get there at your choice on foot or taking a shared taxy for just 50 bath each.

If I really have to find something. If you can choose your room avoid the ones facing the road as they are a bit noisy, but not that much. We got to sleep quite well anyway.
